Research Progress of Probiotic Preparation Processing Technology and Its Application in Livestock Production

Abstract
Probiotics are microorganisms that are beneficial to the health of the host and have biological func-tions such as enhancing immunity,antioxidation,regulating the gut microbiota,and improving animal health.The processing of probiotics into preparations can enhance their adaptability and resistance to environmental conditions such as temperature,oxygen and pH,enabling them to effectively reach the intestine and thereby improving the performance and health status of animals.In the context of banning antibiotics in compound feed,the probiotic preparations are poised to play an important role in livestock production.This article reviews the processing methods and characteristics of probiotic preparations,as well as their application in livestock production,aiming to provide a reference for the further development of probiotic preparation processing tech-nology and its application in livestock production.[Chinese Journal of Animal Nutrition,2025,37(7):4243-4255].关键词
