摘要

Abstract

Bile acids,as a kind of key bioactive molecule,not only participate in glucose and lipid metabo-lism,but also play the role of a signal bridge between the host and gut microbiota.The gut microbiota is close-ly related to liver metabolism and intestinal health.It utilizes its unique metabolic capacity to influence the syn-thesis,transformation and signal transduction of bile acids,thereby playing a significant role in the host's met-abolic state.This article reviews how gut microbiota affect bile acid metabolism and its receptors,and deeply explores the regulatory mechanism of the gut microbiota-bile acid axis on enterohepatic diseases,aiming to pro-vide a reference for the development of precise nutritional regulatory measures targeting the gut microbiota to prevent or alleviate related diseases and protect intestinal health.[Chinese Journal of Animal Nutrition,2025,37(7):4265-4273].
