Biological Functions of Eucommia ulmoides Oliv. Leaves and Their Application in Animal Production
摘要
Abstract
Eucommia ulmoides Oliv. is a widely cultivated medicinal plant.Its leaves are rich in bioactive com-ponents,including phenylpropanoids,flavonoids,cycloeneether terpenoids and lignans,etc.A large number of studies have confirmed that the related products of Eucommia ulmoides Oliv. leaves,such as extracts,pow-der and fermented products,play a role in promoting growth,enhancing immunity and antioxidant capacity,and improving the quality of livestock and poultry products in animal production.This article systematically re-views the mechanism of the active components in Eucommia ulmoides Oliv. leaves and their application effects in animal production,with the aim of providing a reference for the promotion and application of Eucommia ul-moides Oliv. leaves in actual production.[Chinese Journal of Animal Nutrition,2025,37(7):4274-4285].关键词
