Abstract
A rare Nanhong agate deposit with delicate texture has been discovered in Meigu County,Si-chuan Province.The agate is in orange red,red,bright red,white colors,etc.It is one of the unique gemstone varieties in China,thus the economic potential is huge.Based on the study of the geological con-ditions,ore body characteristics,ore features,and ore controlling factors of the main agate deposits,this article summarizes the mineralization laws and prospecting marks and establishes a prospecting model for reference in agate prospecting in Meigu and its surrounding areas.关键词
