Characteristics of ore-controlling structure and migration of ore-forming fluids in the Dajingzi Cu-Sn deposit,Inner Mongolia

Abstract
The characteristics of ore-controlling structure in the Dajingzi deposit are studied.The ore-controlling structure of ore bodies can be classified to four styles:upward tension-torsion,downward slip,mixed ore-forming,and late ore-breaking.Migration of ore-forming fluids is related to the subvolcanic uplift.During early thermal uplift,the ore-forming fluids filled along tension-torsion faults,forming steep veins with narrow amplitude.As magma cools,the ore-forming fluids filled along inter formation slip faults,forming gentle veins with wide amplitude.In the late stage subvolcanoes collapsed under the influ-ence of gravity,resulting in the ore-breaking structure.Ore bodies are controlled by different structural styles and differences of mineralization characteristics result from the different ore fluid migration.The a-bove mentioned not only explain why the veins are distributed in groups or belts in NW-NWW direction,but also provide an important basis for prospecting similar concealed deposits in other sections of the Da-jingzi ore field.关键词
