高温胁迫对观赏凤梨生长状况的影响
Influence of high temperature stress on the growth status of ornamental pineapple

Abstract
[Objective]This study aims to investigate the impact of high temperature on physiological indicators of ornamental pineapple,providing technical support for cultivation of ornamental pineapple in Nanjing during summer heat.[Method]Ornamental pineapples were exposed to a high temperature of 40℃for12 h,24 h,36 h,and 48 h,respectively,and compared with the control group(0 h)to observe changes in their physiological indicators.[Result]When exposed to 40℃high temperature stress for 12 h,the activities of catalase(CAT),superoxide dismut(SOD),and peroxidase(POD)in the leaves of ornamental pineapples increased and reached their peaks.Subsequently,with the extension of temperature stress duration,the activities of CAT,SOD,and POD decreased to varying degrees.The content of malondialdehyde(MDA),however,showed continuous upward trend,reaching its peak at 48 h.The content of heat shock protein and proline reached their peaks at 24 h and 12 h,under 40℃high temperature stress conditions.The content of total free amino acids reached its peak at 48 h,while the content of soluble protein and chlorophyl decreased significantly with the increase of treatment duration,and stomata gradually closed.The content of carotenoids,however,did not change significantly.[Conclusion]High temperature stress has an impact on the physiological indicators of ornamental pineapple leaves.Most indicators reached their peaks after 12 h of treatment,indicating that short-term high temperature has already caused damage to ornamental pineapples.关键词
