摘要

Abstract

[Objective]In order to evaluate the resistance of potato germplasm resources against blackleg and screen disease-resistant germplasm,which provides resistant materials and theoretical basis for resistance breeding and field disease control.[Method]In this study,in vitro tuber of 45 potato germplasm resources were inoculated and identified,the resistance of potato blackleg pathogens(Pectobacterium atrosepticum and P.parmentieri)were evaluated by optimizing the inoculation conditions.[Result]The optimized inoculation conditions of two pathogens were as follow:the culture temperature was 26℃and the inoculation concentration was 0.6~0.8 D600.Among 45 tested germplasm resources,11 germplasm resources including'Xinyihongpi'and'CIP392278.19'showed resistance to both P.atrosepticum Pacl141 and P.parmentier Ppxp3-1,accounting for 24.4%of tested potato germplasm resources.[Conclusion]There are significant differences in the resistance of potato germplasm resources against blackleg.In this study,11 potato germplasm resources were identified with good resistance to two blackleg pathogens,which would provide basic materials for potato resistance breeding and blackleg control.
