纳米炭示踪剂在腹腔镜直肠癌手术中的应用研究
Application of carbon nanoparticle tracers in laparoscopic surgery for rectal cancer

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the application value of carbon nanoparticle tracers in laparoscopic rectal cancer surgery.Methods:Clinical data of 81 rectal cancer patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery between Jan.2022 and Jun.2024 were retrospec-tively analyzed.Patients were divided into two groups based on carbon nanoparticle tracer application:tracer group(n=39,with carbon nanoparticle injection)and control group(n=42).Baseline characteristics,intraoperative outcomes,and postoperative complications were compared and analyzed.Results:No significant differences existed in gender,age,BMI,tumor size,tumor differentiation grade,he-moglobin,or platelet counts between the two groups(P＞0.05).The tracer group demonstrated higher total lymph node yield[(18.9±2.9)vs.(11.8±3.7),t=9.562,P＜0.001],more metastatic lymph nodes[(4.2±1.1)vs.(2.4±1.0),t=3.429,P=0.001],and higher metastatic ratio of lymph node[(23.1％±4.6％)vs.(20.2％±4.5％),t=2.867,P=0.005]compared to the control group.Postoperative day 1 levels of C-reactive protein,interleukin-6,interleukin-8,glutamine,and white blood cell were significantly lower in the tracer group(P＜0.05).Conclusions:The application of carbon nanoparticle tracers in laparoscopic rectal cancer surgery helps lo-cate target bowel segments,increases the number of lymph nodes harvested,mitigates inflammatory responses,and plays a positive role in improving surgical outcomes and prognosis.关键词
