Ag/Cu NWs/棉织物复合材料的制备及压力传感性能OA
Preparation and pressure sensor properties of Ag/Cu NWs/cotton fabric flexible composites
为了提升压力传感器的传感性能,采用新型浸渍-烘干法与原位反应相结合的工艺,制备了 Cu NWs/棉织物和Ag/Cu NWs/棉织物2种压力传感器.首先,通过水热还原法合成Cu NWs,再通过浸渍将Cu NWs负载在棉纤维表面,得到Cu NWs/棉织物复合材料的压力柔性传感器;由于银的导电性好,利用置换反应将Ag颗粒还原负载在Cu NWs表面,制备了 Ag/Cu NWs/棉织物复合材料的柔性压力传感器.对两种复合材料进行了系列的结构表征和柔性压力传感性能测试.结果表明,Cu NWs/棉织物压力传感器表现出1.76 kPa-1的灵敏度,而银纳米颗粒的引入降低了Ag/Cu NWs/棉织物复合材料的电阻,提升了其传感性能,灵敏度达到最高为2.48 kPa-1,传感范围为0.26~1.05 kPa,响应/恢复时间分别为300 ms、200 ms,传感器性能得到优化,可作为一种优良的柔性压力传感器使用.该研究为提升柔性压力传感器的性能提供了有效参考.
In order to improve the sensing properties of the pressure sensors,two flexible pressure sensors with high sensitivity and fast response/recovery time were prepared via combining impregna-tion-drying synthesis method with displacement reaction.Firstly,the Cu NWs were synthesized via the hydrothermal reduction method,and Cu NWs were then loaded on the surface of cotton fibers by impregnation experiments to obtain pressure flexible sensors of Cu NWs/cotton fabric com-posites.The pressure flexible sensors of the Ag/Cu NWs/cotton fabrics composites were prepared based on the above sensors;due to the good conductivity of silver,the Ag particles were reduced and loaded on the surface of Cu NWs via the displacement reaction.A series of structural charac-terization and flexible pressure sensing performance tests were performed on the two composites.The results show that the Cu NWs/cotton fabric pressure sensor exhibits a sensitivity of 1.76 kPa-1,and that the introduction of silver nanoparticles reduces the resistance of the Ag/Cu NWs/cotton fabric composite material,and improves their sensing performance.Specifically the sensitivity rea-ches the highest 2.48 kPa-1,the sensing range is 0.26~1.05 kPa,and the response/recovery time is 300 ms and 200 ms,respectively.The performance of the sensor is optimized,which can be used as an excellent flexible pressure sensor.This study provides an effective reference for improving the performance of flexible pressure sensors.
