高油酸花生新品种泉花15号的选育及其高产栽培模式优化
Breeding of a new peanut variety Quanhua 15 with high oleic acid and optimization of the high-yield cultivation model

Abstract
[Purpose]The aim of the study is to select a new peanut variety with high oleic acid and suitable for planting in Fujian Province and explore high-yield cultivation techniques.[Method]A new high-oleic acid peanut variety,Quanhua 15,was devel-oped by sexual hybridization with Quanhua 8 as the female parent and Jihua 0607-17 as the male parent through a combination of pedigree and single seed transmission methods.Further,a four-factor(fully implemented)five-level quadratic universal rotation combination design was adopted to explore the effects of cultivation density and nitrogen,phosphorus,and potassium fertilizer appli-cation rates on the yield,and high-yield cultivation models were screened.[Result](1)Quanhua 15 passed the national non-major crop registration[GPD Peanut(2022)350049]in 2022.Quanhua 15 is a peanut variety of the pearl bean type,with compact plant architecture.It exhibited mild symptoms of leaf spot and rust.(2)The quadratic regression equation for the yield of Quanhua 15 reached a highly significant level,indicating that the established model fit well with the actual situation.The influences of the four factors on the yield of Quanhua 15 were in the following order:cultivation density>nitrogen fertilizer application rate>phosphorus fer-tilizer application rate>potassium fertilizer application rate.[Conclusion]To achieve a yield of more than 3 640.94 kg·hm-2 for Quanhua 15,the optimal cultivation measures are as follows:cultivation density of 316 920-325 800 plants·hm-2,urea applica-tion rate of 186.51-196.23 kg·hm-2,superphosphate application rate of 377.375-421.625 kg·hm-2,and potassium sulfate appli-cation rate of 168.45-179.79 kg·hm-2.关键词
