[目的]研究不同种源地浙江楠种子形态特征与环境因子的相关性,以期为浙江楠种质收集及良种选育提供参考.[方法]采集江西、浙江、安徽、湖北和湖南等 13 个种源地的浙江楠种子,测定了种长、种宽、长宽比、千粒重等形态指标,比较了不同种源地种子形态特征的差异,进行了聚类分析;并结合种源地地理因子、立地土壤因子等进行相关性分析.[结果](1)不同种源地的浙江楠种子在形态特征方面存在显著或极显著差异,种长、种宽、长宽比、千粒重的变异系数分别为7.16%、6.05%、8.04%和 12.60%,千粒重变异系数较大.(2)聚类分析表明,以欧氏距离 2.5 进行分类,可以将 13 个种源地的浙江楠种子明显地分为三大类,但种源地的分类与地理位置的关联性不大,未呈现出明显的区域化特征.(3)相关性分析发现,种子长与海拔呈显著负相关;种子宽与经度、pH值呈显著负相关,但与水解性氮含量呈显著正相关;长宽比与pH值呈显著正相关,但与水解性氮、全氮含量呈极显著负相关,与有机质含量、海拔呈显著负相关.[结论]不同种源地浙江楠种子形态特征变异丰富,千粒重可作为衡量种子变异程度的重要指标;不同种源地浙江楠种子形态特征变异与环境因子密切相关,是对不同种源地环境适应性的体现.

[Purpose]The study explored the correlations between morphological characteristics of Phoebe chekiangensis seeds from different provenances and environmental factors,aiming to provide a theoretical basis for the collection of germplasm resources and the breeding of elite varieties.[Method]Seeds of Ph.chekiangensis from 13 provenances,including Jiangxi,Zhejiang,Anhui,Hu-bei,and Hunan,were collected.Morphological characteristic indices such as seed length,seed width,length-to-width ratio,and 1 000-seed weight were measured.The morphological characteristics of seeds among different provenances were compared,and clus-ter analysis was conducted.Furthermore,correlation analysis were performed for geographical factors and soil factors of provenances with the morphological characteristics of seeds.[Result](1)Significant or extremely significant differences were observed in the morphological characteristics of Ph.chekiangensis seeds from different provenances.The coefficients of variation for seed length,seed width,length-to-width ratio,and 1 000-seed weight were 7.16%,6.05%,8.04%,and 12.60%,respectively.Notably,the coeffi-cient of variation for 1 000-seed weight was the highest.(2)Cluster analysis indicated that when the Euclidean distance was set at 2.5,Ph.chekiangensis seeds from 13 provenances could be distinctly categorized into three major groups.However,the classification of provenances showed little correlations with geographical locations,and no obvious regional characteristics were observed.(3)The correlation analysis revealed that seed length had a significantly negative correlation with altitude.Seed width exhibited significantly negative correlations with longitude and pH value but a significantly positive correlation with hydrolyzable nitrogen content.The length-to-width ratio had a significantly positive correlation with pH value,extremely significantly negative correlations with hydrolyz-able nitrogen content and total nitrogen content,and significantly negative correlations with organic matter content and altitude.[Conclusion]The morphological characteristics of Ph.chekiangensis seeds from different provenances exhibit rich variations,and the 1 000-seed weight can serve as an important indicator of seed variation degree.The variations in these morphological characteris-tics are closely related to environmental factors,which reflect the adaptability of Ph.chekiangensis seeds to the environments of differ-ent provenances.
