5种桉树不同器官的单宁组成及含量比较
Comparison of tannin composition and content in different organs of five Eucalyptus species

Abstract
[Purpose]To study the tannin composition and content of Eucalyptus,so as to provide a basis for improving Eucalyptus plantations ecological benefits.[Method]The leaves,branches,and bark of E.cloeziana,Corymbia torelliana,E.grandis×E.uro-phylla,E.pellita,and C.citriodora of 1.5 years old were used as research objects.The tannin composition and content in the leaves,branches,and bark of Eucalyptus were determined and compared by high performance liquid chromatography.[Result]The tannins in the leaves,branches,and bark of E.grandis×E.urophylla exhibited rich diversity,while those in the leaves,branches,and bark of the other four species were significantly different.The content of gallocatechin in the leaves and branches of E.grandis×E.urophyl-la was higher than that of the other four species(P<0.05),while the content of epigallocatechin in the leaves,branches,and bark of E.pellita was higher than those of the other four species.The content of catechin gallate in the branches of E.pellita and the bark of C.citriodora was higher than that of other species.[Conclusion]The composition of tannins in Eucalyptus shows obvious interspe-cific and interorgan differences.The tannins in the branches and bark of 1.5 years old E.grandis×E.urophylla trees planted with tis-sue culture seedlings are more abundant than those in the same age of trees planted with sexual seedlings.Among the sexual seed-lings,tannins in E.cloeziana,E.pellita,and C.citriodora are primarily concentrated in the leaves,while those of C.torelliana are mainly concentrated in the bark.关键词
