外源葡萄糖对黄瓜嫁接苗生长及光合特性的影响
Effects of exogenous glucose on the growth and photosynthetic characteristics of grafted cucumber seedlings

Abstract
[Purpose]To investigate the effects of exogenous glucose on the growth,development,and photophsynthetic character-istics of grafted cucumber seedlings and provide a basis for optimizing the grafting system of cucumber.[Method]A modified ver-sion of the top-plugging method was used for grafting with the pumpkin variety'Zhuangshi'as the rootstock and the cucumber varie-ty'Zhongnong 26'as the scion.During the graft healing period,13.9,27.8,41.7,55.6 mmol·L-1 were sprayed with glucose so-lutions(T1-T4 treatments),take the spraying of clear water as the control(CK).The morphological indices,chlorophyll fluores-cence parameters,and photosynthetic parameters of the grafted cucumber seedlings under different treatments were determined.[Re-sult]T2 was most favourable to the growth of grafted cucumber seedlings,which reached the maximum in plant height(74.42 mm),stem diameter(5.06 mm),aboveground fresh mass(5.69 g),and aboveground dry mass(0.554 g).The grafted cucumber seed-lings treated with T2 had the strongest photosynthesis in the graft healing stage,with actual photochemical quantum efficiency[Y(Ⅱ)]and photochemical quenching coefficient(q P)of their rootstock and scion cotyledons being the maximum and significantly different from those of other treatments,while PSⅡ regulatory energy dissipation[Y(NPQ)]was the minimum.On the 9th day after grafting,the net photosynthetic rate(Pn),intercellular carbon dioxide concentration(Ci),transpiration rate(Tr),and stom-atal conductance(Gs)of scion cotyledons in grafted cucumber seedlings all reached the maximum in the T2,with significant differ-ences compared with CK.On the 6th day after grafting,the Pn,Tr,and Gs of rootstock cotyledons in grafted seedlings were the max-imum in T2,and significantly different from those of other treatments.[Conclusion]Spraying 27.8 mmol·L-1 glucose solution(T2)during the grafting healing stage promoted the growth and enhanced the photosynthesis of grafted cucumber seedlings,being favourable to the formation of strong grafted cucumber seedlings.关键词
