东江流域新丰江水库洪水调度方案研究
Research on Flood Dispatching Plan for Xinfengjiang Reservoir in the Dongjiang River Basin

Abstract
In recent years,extreme weather and climate events in the Dongjiang River Basin in Guangdong Province have increased in frequency and intensity.The growing population and socio-economic development have presented new and higher requirements for water security in the basin.However,due to the constraints of the current conditions,there is an urgent need to rely on the existing flood control engineering system and focus on non-engineering measures.In light of the new hydrological and engineering conditions,this study aims to research the flood dispatching scheme for Xinfengjiang reservoir,a large-scale flood control backbone reservoir in the Dongjiang River Basin.Based on an analysis of the inadequacies of the current dispatching scheme,flood dispatching simulation and analysis were conducted for Xinfengjiang reservoir.A dispatching scheme was proposed that meets the 100-year flood control standard for the important flood control control point in Huayuan City within the basin.The research findings can provide decision-making references for the scientific dispatch of Dongjiang River floods,the full utilization of flood control engineering systems,and the formulation of flood discharge arrangements for the Dongjiang River.关键词
