一种通用型管片排版的简化方法研究
Research on the Simplified Method for Layout of Universal Wedge-Shaped Segments
摘要
Abstract
The layout of shield tunnel segments is a computationally intensive and challenging work.This work usually requires the assistance of computer-aided design.This paper elaborates on the theoretical relationship between turning radius,shield tail clearance and wedge-shaped quantity.The concepts of complementary and symmetrical point positions were proposed based on the assembly characteristics of segments in linear and curved shield tunnel.A simplified method for layout of segments is proposed in this paper based on curve fitting method and error calculation formula This method has the characteristics of simpel,quick,low calculation complexity and easy to operate.This method can be used in the initial selection and layout of shield tunnel segments.It's also has some reference valu for designers.关键词
