摘要

Abstract

With the development of local economy and the exploration of mineral resources in the Jinsha River basin,the combination of waterway regulating works and dam transfer system in the reservoir region,the tonnage and number of ships in the lower reaches of the Jinsha River increase day by day.As a result,the existing bridges that were built in early days restrict ship navigation,even become the potential safety risks.Based on Tongyang bridge,the analysis of the navigation clearance,width and crashworthiness showed the hidden safety hazards when the ships passed the water area within the range of the bridge.Furthermore,the corresponding navigation control measures were put forward to avoid the collision between the ships and the bridge,to ensure the safety of ship navigation and bridge structure.The researches provide a reference for the management of ship navigation safety subject to other existing bridges across the high-level waterways along the Jinsha River.
