TC4钛合金自锁螺母锁紧性能的仿真研究
Simulation Study of Fastening Performance of TC4 Titanium Alloy Self-Locking Nut
摘要
Abstract
Due to its excellent performance,TC4 titanium alloy self-locking nut has been widely used in aerospace,Marine and chemical engineering.Since the reduced fastening torque loosens the self-locking nut,it is necessary to master the law of a closing process affecting the fastening performance of self-locking nut,which prevent the nut from loosening.Therefore,the variation of stress and strain in the closing process of self-locking nut has been simulated and studied.The results show that the larger the closing amount and indentation height of TC4 titanium alloy self-locking nut,the higher the strain and the better the fastening performance;When three-point closing way applies,the combination of 0.15 mm closing amount and 2.5 mm indentation height corresponds to the highest stress and strain,that is,998.3 MPa and 0.0091,which lead to the best fastening performance.The research will provide a theoretical basis for the improvement of the fastening performance of self-locking nut.关键词
