摘要

Abstract

Objective:This review aims to explore the application of dual-energy CT(DECT)in the diagnosis and treatment of acute ischemic stroke(AIS).By systematically reviewing recent literatures,we analyzed the advantages and challenges of DECT technology.Methods:A systematic literature review approach was used to screen and analyze relevant studies published between 2010 and 2024 from the WanFang,PubMed,and Embase databases.Results:The studies found that DECT significantly improved the diagnostic accuracy of AIS through virtual monoenergetic imaging(VMI)and material decomposition techniques,particularly in thrombus composition identification and hemorrhage prediction.Conclusion:DECT is a promising adjunctive tool in AIS management that can enhance diagnostic and treatment decisions,but its widespread application requires further clinical validation.
