CT三维重建技术辅助股骨颈系统内固定术治疗老年移位型股骨颈骨折的临床效果与安全性研究
Clinical Efficacy and Safety of CT Three-dimensional Reconstruction Technol-ogy-assisted Femoral Neck System Internal Fixation for Displaced Femoral Neck Fractures in Elderly Patients

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the efficacy and safety of CT three-dimensional reconstruction technology-assisted femoral neck system(FNS)internal fixation in the treatment of displaced femoral neck fracture(DFNF)in elderly patients.Methods:A total of 208 elderly patients with DFNF prospectively selected from January 2022 to August 2023,who were randomly assigned to a three-dimensional group and a conventional group,with 104 cases in each group.The three-dimensional group underwent CT three-dimensional reconstruction technology to assist FNS internal fixation surgery,while the conventional group underwent X-ray examination to guide FNS internal fixation surgery.The surgical conditions,surgical trauma indicators,fracture reduction quality,and postoperative recovery effects were compared between the two groups.Results:Intraoperative blood loss in the three-dimensional group was(43.68±6.20)mL,which was significantly reduced than that in the conventional group(50.39±8.77)mL(P<0.05),the duration of surgery,postoperative ambulation,hospitalization,and fracture healing time[(84.52±14.76)minutes,(6.38±1.55)days,(10.35±2.14)days,(3.86±0.21)months]were all shorter than those in the conventional group[(102.15±18.34)minutes,(8.16±1.71)days,(13.69±2.63)days,(4.07±0.25)months](P<0.05),the levels of serum CRP,TNF-α,and IL-6 on postoperative day 1 and 3 were lower in the three-dimensional surgery group than those in the conventional group(P<0.05),the postoperative fracture reduction quality,Harris score,and SF-36 score of hip joint function were superior to those in the conventional group(P<0.05).The complication rate in the three-dimensional group was 1.92%,which was lower than that in the conventional group(8.65%)(P<0.05).Conclusion:CT three-dimensional reconstruction technology-assisted FNS internal fixation can significantly optimize the surgical process,improve the quality of fracture reduction,promote postoperative recovery,and result in fewer complications,thus possessing clinical application value.关键词
