经颅多普勒超声联合血清SDF-1、PTX-3预测急性脑梗死患者预后的临床价值
Clinical Value of Transcranial Doppler Ultrasound Combined with Serum SDF-1 and PTX-3 in Predicting the Prognosis of Patients with Acute Cerebral Infarction

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the predictive value of transcranial Doppler ultrasound(TCD)combined with serum stromal cell-derived factor-1(SDF-1)and pentraxin-3(PTX-3)on the prognosis of patients with acute cerebral infarction(ACI).Methods:260 patients with ACI were selected as the study group and were divided into mild,moderate and severe groups according to their condition and into good and poor prognosis groups according to their prognosis.Meanwhile,260 cases of healthy physical examination were selected as the control group.Serum SDF-1 and PTX-3 levels were detected by ELISA,and multifactorial logistic regression was used to analyse the influencing factors of prognosis in ACI patients,and ROC curves were plotted to analyse the predictive value.Results:Compared with the control group,serum SDF-1,PTX-3 levels,and PI were elevated(P<0.05)and PSV and MV were decreased(P<0.05)in the study group.And as the severity of the disease increased,these indicators also significantly elevated abnormal expression.Compared with the good prognosis group,serum SDF-1,PTX-3 levels,and PI were significantly higher(P<0.05),and PSV and MV were significantly lower(P<0.05)in the poor prognosis group.Multifactorial Logistic regression analysis showed that elevated SDF-1,PTX-3,and PI were risk factors for the prognosis of patients with ACI(P<0.05),and elevated PSV and MV were protective factors for the prognosis of patients with ACI(P<0.05).ROC curve analysis showed that the predictive value of TCD in combination with serum SDF-1 and PTX-3 was higher than that of each of them in predicting the prognosis of ACI patients(P<0.05).Conclusion:Serum SDF-1 and PTX-3 levels were significantly elevated in ACI patients,and TCD combined with SDF-1 and PTX-3 had high value in predicting the prognosis of ACI patients.关键词
