Abstract
Green fuel,primarily comprising green methanol,biofuels(bioethanol,biodiesel,bio-jet fuel),green hydrogen,and green ammonia,is characterized by renewable feedstocks and low carbon emissions throughout its lifecycle and will play a critical role in hard-to-electrify sectors.Currently,policy drivers represent the core impetus for rapid development of global green fuel industry.The shipping sector has established explicit decarbonization targets,with the European Union leading emission reduction initiatives.In aviation,the European Union has implemented a comprehensive carbon mitigation framework,while the United States employs fiscal subsidies to advance Sustainable Aviation Fuels.Within the road transport sector,the United States and Brazil continue to elevate bioethanol and biodiesel blending mandates.Global green fuel industrialization manifests such three predominant models as localized production leveraging resource advantages,integration with existing industrial infrastructure,and market expansion under policy incentives.Facing evolving dynamics in green fuel industry advancement,the paper advises relevant authorities to enhance interdepartmental coordination,further refine top-level planning and strategic guiding,explore to issue governmental policy support mechanisms for green fuels,set up a special project and keep on tackling the tough problems aiming at industry development bottlenecks,pay attention to regional coordination and geographical specificities,and scientifically as well as reasonably facilitate industrial clusterlayouts.关键词
