面向仪器领域的研究生素质课程教学模式探索与实践

Abstract
This study primarily addresses the ongoing bottlenecks in China's instrumentation industry,where the development of high-end instruments still faces critical choke points,and explores the ideas of competence course in the field of instruments for postgraduate students and cultivating high-level instrument talents.Based on the teaching practice of the course"Instrument Industry"at Tsinghua University,this paper summarizes the teaching methods and effects of having the"entrepreneur teachers"in class.Firstly,the paper introduces the background of bringing the"entrepreneur teachers"into the class,and expounds on the method of selecting entrepreneurs under the guidance of the current instrument industry knowledge graphic and the relevant requirements for teaching of courses.Through teaching evaluations and the feedback from long-term teaching satisfaction surveys as well as career guidance surveys,the effectiveness and space for improvement of the teaching model and practice are analyzed.The teaching process arrangements,teaching cultivation models,and teaching evaluation methods involved in this study have certain reference significance for the teaching of postgraduate students in the same category within this field.关键词
