摘要

Abstract

Disciplines and specialties are the core of the higher education system,providing the fundamental platform for the promotion of scientific research and the talent training.Investigating the interrelationship between disciplines and specialties is very important to optimize and adjust the layout of disciplines and specialties,improve integrated development of disciplines and specialties,and enhance the new quality productive forces of higher education institution.The inconsistent correspondence between disciplines and specialty is firstly studied.And then how to apply contingency theory to analyze the structure of disciplines and specialty in the higher education institution is explored.An empirical research is developed to use the contingency theory to analyze the disciplines and specialty of Zhengzhou University.Finally,a path is proposed for improving the quality productive forces of higher education institution from three aspects,i.e.the integrating disciplines and specialties,improving"four new"specialties,establishing the evaluation mechanism of disciplines and specialties.The purpose of the study is to provide the successful experiences and methodology for making the new quality productive forces for higher education institution.
