中和医派脾肾相滋汤干预脾肾两虚型早期先兆流产临床观察
Pishen Xiangzi Decoction in the Intervention of Early Threatened Abortion with Deficiency of Spleen and Kidney Based on Zhonghe Medical School

Abstract
Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of Pishen Xiangzi decoction in the intervention of early threatened abortion(ETA)with deficiency of spleen and kidney based on Zhonghe Medical School.Methods A total of 150 ETA patients with deficiency of spleen and kidney were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,with 75 cases in each group.The control group was given dydrogesterone tablets,and the healing group was given Pishen Xiangzi decoction based on dydrogesterone.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome score,curative effect,serum β-HCG and P levels,fetal bud development and safety indexes were observed.Results The TCM syndrome score,curative effect,β-HCG and P levels,the proportion of normal development of gestational sac and fetal bud in treatment group were higher than control group(P＜0.05).There was no difference in comparison of iotal incidence of adverse reactions between two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion Pishen Xiangzi decoction can improve the curative effect of ETA with deficiency of spleen and kidney.关键词
