中和医派穴位贴敷联合康复指导对剖宫产术后恶露的影响
Effect of Acupoint Application Combined with Rehabilitation Guidance on Lochia after Cesarean Section Under the guidance of the Zhonghe Medical School

Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of acupoint application combined with rehabilitation guidance on lochia after cesarean section under the guidance of the Zhonghe Medical School.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on 120 cesarean section patients admitted to Shangli County Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2023 to March 2024.The patients were divided into the control group(rehabilitation guidance)and the study group(rehabilitation guidance and acupoint application),with 60 cases in each group.The clinical efficacy,gastrointestinal function,anal exhaust,time to first out-of-bed activity after surgery,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome scores,uterine involution,lochia,and occurrence of complications were evaluated and compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the study group had a higher total effective rate(P＜0.05).The study group showed shorter values in terms of postoperative anal exhaust time,time to first out-of-bed activity after surgery,time to first defecation,bowel sound recovery time(P＜0.05).The study group showed lower values in vaginal blood loss at 24 hours postoperatively,while the amount of lochia on postoperative days 1,2,and 3 was less than that in the control group,additionally,the TCM syndrome scores of the study group was lower than that of the control group(P＜0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion Under the guidance of the Zhonghe Medical School,acupoint application combined with rehabilitation guidance can effectively improve the gastrointestinal function and TCM syndrome scores of cesarean section patients,promote anal exhaust,facilitate uterine involution and lochia discharge,have relatively high safety,are less likely to increase the incidence of complications,and show significant curative effects.关键词
