火针联合中药浴足治疗多发性跖疣临床疗效的Meta分析
Meta-analysis of the Clinical Efficacy of Fire Needle Combined with Chinese Medicine Foot Bath in the Treatment of Multiple Plantar Warts

Abstract
Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of fire needle combined with Chinese medicine foot bath in the treatment of multiple plantar warts by Meta-analysis.Methods Randomized controlled clinical studies on the treatment of multiple plantar warts with fire needling combined with Chinese medicinal bath were searched in PubMed,Embase,Cochrane library and other databases(up to June 10,2024),Meta-analysis was performed using RevMan 5.3 software after strict quality evaluation.The evaluation indexes were effective rate and recurrence rate.Results A total of 10 clinical studies were included,all of which were randomized controlled clinical studies,involving a total of 863 patients.The results of the Meta-analysis showed that the effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant[RR=1.25,95％CI(1.17,1.33),P＜0.01].The recurrence rate of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant[RR=0.22,95％CI(0.13,0.35),P＜0.01].Conclusion The treatment of multiple plantar warts with fire needle combined with Chinese medicine foot bath has higher cure rate and lower recurrence rate than single treatment,and no obvious adverse reactions.关键词
