化痰祛瘀汤在缺血性脑卒中二级预防中的应用
The Application of Huatan Quyu Decoction in Secondary Prevention of Ischemic Stroke

Abstract
Objective To retrospectively analyze the clinical application effect of Huatan Quyu decoction in secondary prevention of ischemic stroke.Methods A total of 120 patients with ischemic stroke at Rehabilitation Department of Lianyungang Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine from January 2019 to May 2024 were collected.They were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group using a random number table method,with 60 patients in each group.The control group was treated with conventional observation methods,while the observation group was treated with Huatan Quyu decoction on the basis of conventional treatment methods.The curative effects and FMA score,mRS score,NIHSS score,and ADL score between the two groups was compared.Results After 1 month and 6 months of treatment,the FMA score and ADL score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05),while the mRS score and NIHSS score were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Huatan Quyu decoction has a definite therapeutic effect in the secondary prevention of ischemic stroke and can improve the clinical symptoms of ischemic stroke patients.关键词
