烧针柄法治疗虚寒型坐骨神经痛临床观察
Heating Needle Handle Method in the Treatment of Deficiency-cold Type Sciatica
摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of heating needle handle method in treating deficiency-cold type sciatica.Methods Using a non-inferiority experimental design,114 patients with deficiency-cold type sciatica were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group,with 57 cases in each group.The control group was treated with warming needle moxibustion,and the experimental group was treated with heating needle handle method.The curative effect between the two groups,as well as the VAS scores and JOA low back pain scores before and after treatment and at 1-month follow-up was compared.Results After treatment and during follow-up,the lower limits of the 95%confidence intervals(CIs)for the mean differences in VAS scores in both groups were all more than-1.2,indicating that the effect of the experimental group in reducing the total VAS score was non-inferior to that of the control group.After treatment and during follow-up,the JOA scores of both groups were significantly higher than those before treatment(P<0.01),but there were no statistically significant differences between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Heating needle handle method has a good effect on deficiency-cold type sciatica,and is not inferior to warming needle moxibustion.关键词
