名中医曹会波痛泻要方化裁异病同治经验举隅
Experience of Renowned Physician of Traditional Chinese Medicine Cao Huibo in Flexible Application of Modified Tongxie Yaofang for Different Diseases with the Same Therapeutic Principle

Abstract
Tongxie Yaofang is a classic prescription for the treatment of diarrhea caused by liver stagnation and spleen deficiency.Based on his years of clinical experience,Director Cao Huibo suggests that the optimal therapeutic effect is achieved when the herbs Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae,Paeonia lactiflora Pall.,Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae,and Radix Saposhnikoviae in the formula are dosed in a ratioof3∶2∶1.5∶2.Taking"invigorating the spleen and soothing the liver"as the core therapeutic principle,Director Cao has applied Tongxie Yaofang flexibly to treat syncope,diarrhea,abnormal sweating,and other symptoms caused by diabetic autonomic neuropathy,yielding remarkable clinical outcomes.Here,three cases were selected for in-depth analysis to systematically summarize the experience of our mentor in the integrated treatment of diabetic autonomic neuropathy using both traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine.The aim is to provide a valuable reference for the clinical expansion and application of Tongxie Yaofang.关键词
