多模态监测在听神经瘤手术面神经保护中的应用效果
Application effect of multimodal monitoring in facial nerve protection in acoustic neuroma surgery

Abstract
Objective:To explore the application effect of multimodal monitoring in facial nerve protection in acoustic neuroma(AN)surgery.Methods:A total of 90 patients with AN treated by operation in Ganzhou People's Hospital from May 2021 to May 2024 were divided into observation group(with multimodal monitoring)and control group(without multimodal monitoring)according to whether multimodal monitoring was adopted or not,with 45 cases in each group.The general data,surgical related indexes,anatomical preservation and function of the facial nerve and postoperative adverse events were compared between the two groups.Results:There was no statistically significant difference in age,sex,tumor location,course of disease,tumor size and ASA grade between the two groups(P>0.05).The operation time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in intraoperative blood loss and tumor resection between the two groups(P>0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the anatomical retention rate of the facial nerve between the two groups(P>0.05).The retention rate of the facial nerve function in the observation group was higher than that in the control group 2 weeks and 3 months after operation(P<0.05).The total incidence of postoperative adverse events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Multimodal monitoring assisted AN operation can shorten the operation time,protect the facial nerve function of patients and reduce the occurrence of postoperative adverse events to some extent.关键词
