音乐疗法对手术患儿干预效果的Meta分析
Meta-analysis of the effect of music therapy intervention in children undergoing surgery

Abstract
Objective:To systematically evaluate the intervention effect of music therapy on children undergoing surgery.Methods:Computerized searches were conducted for randomized controlled trial(RCT)on the effects of music therapy interventions in children undergoing surgery in nine databases,including China national knowledge infrastructure and PubMed,from the time of construction to April 2024.Literature was independently screened,data extracted and included in the methodological quality assessment of the studies by two graduate nursing students according to the nerf criteria,and Meta-analysis was performed using RevMan 5.3 software.Results:A total of 14 studies were included,with a total sample size of 1 220 cases.Meta-analysis showed that,music therapy alleviated anxiety[SMD=-1.47,95%CI(-2.31,-0.63),P＜0.05]and fear[MD=-1.23,95%CI(-2.25,-0.21),P=0.02],in children undergoing surgery,and reduced pain[SMD=-0.28,95%CI(-0.45,-0.10),P＜0.05],heart rate[MD=-1.82,95%CI(-3.58,-0.06),P=0.04],systolic[MD=-6.38,95%CI(-11.88,-0.88),P=0.02]and diastolic blood pressure[MD=-4.61,95%CI(-9.11,-0.12),P=0.04].In terms of increasing children's oxygen saturation of[MD=-0.05,95%CI(-0.22,0.11),P=0.53]and decreasing children's respiration[MD=-1.24,95%CI(-3.46,0.99),P=0.28],with no statistical significance.Conclusion:Existing evidence indicates that music therapy can improve the negative emotions and pain levels of children undergoing surgery,reduce the fluctuations in heart rate and blood pressure during the operation.Due to the limitations of the quantity and quality of the included studies,further verification is needed through large-sample,high-quality randomized controlled studies.关键词
