铝基合金燃料的制备及其在固体推进剂中的应用
Synthesis and application of aluminum-based alloy fuels in solid propellants

Abstract
As a core component of solid propellants,aluminum-based alloy fuels rely critically on mature preparation technology and optimized combustion performance to enhance rocket propulsion systems.This paper reviews typical preparation techniques for these fuels,comparing their advantages and disadvantages,and assesses current domestic and international research progress.Com-bustion modulation mechanisms for eight representative alloy systems are summarized,such as aluminum-lithium alloys(reducing ignition temperature),aluminum-magnesium alloys(suppressing combustion agglomeration),and aluminum-boron alloys(enhan-cing combustion efficiency).Synergistic combustion enhancement through rare earth element doping and ternary alloy design is dis-cussed.Current development still faces dual challenges:controversial combustion reaction mechanisms and insufficient stability in large-scale production.Deepening cross-scale studies linking composition design,microstructure,and macroscopic properties is es-sential.关键词
