Application and prospects of rapid detection technologies in the formulation research of composite solid propellants
摘要
Abstract
Composite solid propellants are essential functional materials for solid rocket motors,and the characterization of their components is directly linked to critical technical aspects such as propellant performance regulation,storage stability assessment,and lifespan prediction.As the formulation systems of solid propellants exhibit increasing complexity and energy density,the techni-cal limitations of traditional chemical analysis methods regarding detection efficiency and accuracy have become increasingly evident.This paper provides a systematic review of the advancements in rapid component characterization technologies for composite solid propellants over the past decade.It focuses on the technical features of modern instrumental analysis methods,including chromatog-raphy,polarography,and spectroscopy,while also analyzing the innovative applications of machine learning algorithms in the inter-pretation of spectral data.Based on the current technical bottlenecks,this paper envisions the future development path for rapid component detection technology in composite solid propellants through five dimensions:enhancing high-throughput and automation in integrated technologies;advancing the development and application of portable rapid detection instruments;fostering the deep in-tegration of artificial intelligence with rapid detection technology;collaboratively constructing standard spectral libraries utilizing ar-tificial intelligence;and cultivating a comprehensive talent development system.关键词
