Abstract
The analysis of damage at the bonding interface of propellant/liner in solid rocket motors is a key issue to guarantee the structural integrity and reliability of the motors.This review focuses on advances in this field over the past five years globally,which are conducted from three aspects:interfacial damage mechanisms and key influencing factors,experimental characterization techniques,and numerical analysis methods.The driving roles of mechanical loading,thermal stress loading and chemical factors on interfacial damage were discussed;the application of macro-mechanical testing and micro observation techniques in revealing the e-volution of interfacial damage and the role of chemical analysis in quantifying the migration behavior of components were reviewed;the improvement and application of cohesion zone models and the progress of multi-field coupled simulation techniques in predicting interfacial debonding were briefly described.The current study faces challenges such as the bottleneck of multi-field coupled model-ing and the inadequate fit between experiments and working conditions.In the future,it is necessary to focus on the multi-scale in-situ testing,experimental design,and numerical model optimization to enhance the accuracy of the damage analysis and the predic-tion.关键词
