焦点循环法对县级医疗机构心外科重症患者深静脉血栓的效果观察
Observation on the effect of FOCUS-PDCA method on deep vein thrombosis in critically ill patients in cardiac surgery of county-level medical institutions

Abstract
Objective To analyze the application effect of the FOCUS-PDCA method in deep vein thrombosis of critically ill patients in cardiac surgery in county-level medical institutions.Methods Two hundred critically ill patients admitted to the Department of Cardiac Surgery of Gaozhou People's Hospital from January 2021 to June 2023 were selected as the control group and received conventional nursing management methods.200 critically ill patients in cardiac surgery who were admitted from July 2023 to September 2024 were selected as the study group and the FOCUS-PDCA management approach was adopted.The incidence of deep vein thrombosis risk,the incidence of deep vein thrombosis and the quality of life score were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of deep vein thrombosis risk in the study group was lower than that in the control group(8.5%vs.24.0%),and the incidence of deep vein thrombosis was also lower than that in the control group(1.0%vs.5.0%)(all P<0.05).The quality of life score of the patients in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The application of the FOCUS-PDCA method in the nursing management of critically ill patients in cardiac surgery in county-level medical institutions can effectively prevent the formation of deep vein thrombosis and improve the quality of life of patients.关键词
