精细化管理促进亚专科专病门诊发展的效果研究
Effect study of refined management on promoting the development of subspecialty-specific disease outpatient

Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of refined management on subspecialty-specific disease outpatients and provide pro-fessional recommendations for their development.Methods Data from subspecialty-specific disease outpatients for the first half of 2021,2022,2023,and 2024 were extracted,including:number of clinical departments operating such outpatients,quantity of subspecialty-specific disease outpatients,patient volume,electronic medical record(EMR)completion rate,and EMR key item compliance rate.Patient medical experience questionnaires from May 2022,June 2023,and July 2024 were col-lected.Statistical methods included chi-square trend test,Friedman test,Kruskal-Wallis H test,and Bonferroni-corrected tests.Results Analysis of canceled subspecialty-specific disease clinics showed:17 canceled in the first-half of 2022[15/17(88.24%)from low-volume group(<1,000 visits/half a year)];13 canceled in the first-half of 2023(all from low-volume group);8 canceled in the first-half of 2024[7/8(87.50%)from low-volume group].In the first half of 2021,2022,2023,and 2024,significant differences were noted in subspecialty-specific outpatient volume,the proportion of outpatient volume to total department outpatient volume,sustained subspecialty-specific outpatient volume,and newly established subspecialty-spe-cific outpatient volume(P<0.001).The proportion of high-volume outpatients for subspecialty-specific diseases increased with time(P<0.001).Patient awareness rates towards these outpatients showed an increasing trend(P<0.001).EMR com-pletion rate reached 100%in our hospital.EMR key item compliance rates increased over time(P<0.001).Conclusion Re-fined management effectively promotes subspecialty-specific outpatient development,increases diagnostic-treatment efficiency,and improves patient experience,supporting high-quality development.关键词
