火麻仁化学成分、药理作用和临床应用研究进展
Research Progress on Chemical Components,Pharmacological Effects and Clinical Applications of Hemp Seed
摘要
Abstract
Hemp seed is the dried mature fruit of Cannabis sativa L..The chemical constituents of hemp seed mainly include fatty acids,proteins,lignanamides,steroids and terpenoids,flavonoids and glycosides,cannabi-noids,etc.It has the pharmacological effects of anti-oxidation,anti-inflammation,neuroprotection,regulation of blood lipids,blood glucose and blood pressure,regulation of gastrointestinal function,anti-tumor,antibac-terial and so on.Clinically,it is mainly used to prevent and treat cardiovascular diseases,nervous system dis-eases,diabetes,tumors and so on.At present,its key therapeutic components have not been clarified,and there is a lack of clinical trial data to support its pharmacological mechanism.This article reviews the chemi-cal components,main pharmacological effects and clinical application of hemp seed,and provides a reference for its wider application.关键词
