Abstract

Trihelix is a class of transcription factors widely distributed in plants and involves in plant responses to adversity stress,growth and development.In order to promote quality breeding of Castanea mollissima,iden-tification of Trihelix transcription factor family was performed based on C.mollissima whole genome,and ex-pressions of Trihelix transcription factor family at different stages of C.mollissima fruit development were ana-lyzed based on transcriptome data.Results showed that C.mollissima Trihelix(CmTrihelix)transcription factor family contained 24 members which distributed in 9 chromosomes.CmTrihelix transcription factor family could be divided into five subfamilies,which were GT-1,GT-2,GTγ,SH4 and SIP1.Members in this family con-tained structures of α-helix and random coil,and were primarily localized in nucleus.Gene structures and con-served motifs of members in the same subfamily were generally similar.Multiple segmental duplication events were presented among members.Promoter regions of members in CmTrihelix transcription factor family con-tained various cis-acting elements related to abiotic stress responses,growth and development regulation,and hormone responses.At different stages of C.mollissima fruit development,members in CmTrihelix transcription factor family exhibited differential expressions,which could involve in whole process regulation of C.mollissima fruit formation.
