广西不同种源大百合鳞茎主要成分与叶片生理特性分析
Analysis on Bulb Main Components and Leaf Physiological Characteristics of Cardiocrinum giganteum from Different Provenances in Guangxi

Abstract
In order to provide scientific basis for selection and breeding of superior germplasm resources and understory cultivation of Cardiocrinum giganteum,and explore changing rules of bulb main components and leaf physiological characteristics of C.giganteum from different provenances in understory environment,taking C.giganteum from five different provenances in Guangxi as research objects,contents of starch,sugar,fiber,to-tal flavonoid,total phenol and colchicine in bulbs and leaf physiological characteristics were determined,and correlations among bulb main components and leaf physiological characteristics were analyzed to analyze physi-ological factors effecting bulb main components.Results showed that there were differences in contents of bulb nutrient and active components among C.giganteum from different provenances.Contents of total starch and amylopectin in DPJ provenance were the highest.Contents of amylose,reducing sugar and colchicine in PJH provenance were the highest.Contents of crude fiber,total flavonoid and total phenol in MES provenance were the highest.Total sugar content in LGHS provenance was the highest.There were differences in leaf physiologi-cal characteristics among C.giganteum from different provenances.PJH provenance had the highest maximum net photosynthetic rate and contents of chlorophyll and carotenoid,the lowest light compensation point,and higher activities of all antioxidant enzymes[superoxide dismutase(SOD),peroxidase(POD)and polyphenol oxi-dase(PPO)].There were close relations among bulb main components and leaf physiological characteristics.Higher leaf maximum net photosynthetic rate promoted more bulb amylose accumulation.Higher leaf light satu-ration point promoted bulb amylopectin accumulation.Higher leaf chlorophyll ratio was conducive to bulb total flavonoid accumulation.Higher leaf SOD and POD activities were conducive to bulb colchicine accumulation.Increase of leaf PPO activity accelerated decomposition of bulb total flavonoid and total phenol.C.giganteum from five different provenances in Guangxi formed bulbs with different qualities by regulating leaf physiological characteristics,such as leaf net photosynthetic rate.关键词
