摘要

Abstract

In order to investigate effects of pruning on soil characteristics of Sonneratia apetala plantation,and provide theoretical support for sustainable management of S.apetala plantation,20-year-old S.apetala planta-tion with uniform stand conditions was selected.Pruning treatments with three intensities(30%,50%and 70%)were set,with no pruning treatment as control.Soil physicochemical properties,and microbial community struc-tures and species diversities after two years of pruning were analyzed.Results showed that except for bulk den-sity and ammonium nitrogen content,pruning treatments had significant effects on other soil physicochemical properties.Compared with control,pruning treatments significantly decreased soil moisture content,cation ex-change capacity and total nitrogen content.Low-intensity and medium-intensity pruning treatments decreased soil bulk density.Low-intensity and medium-intensity pruning treatments significantly decreased soil organic matter content,and high-intensity pruning treatment significantly increased soil organic matter content.Prun-ing treatments had no significant effects on compositions of soil bacterial and fungal communities at phyla level.High-intensity pruning treatment significantly decreased species richness and evenness of soil microbes.There were certain correlations among soil physicochemical properties,and among soil physicochemical properties and soil microbes.Medium-intensity and high-intensity pruning treatments had greater effects on soil chemical properties.In short term,pruning treatments had certain effects on soil physicochemical properties,and micro-bial species richness and evenness.High-intensity pruning measure was not recommended in practice.
