千年桐雌雄株花芽分化期叶片生理生化动态分析
Analysis on Physiological and Biochemical Dynamics in Leaves of Female and Male Vernicia montana Plants at Flower Bud Differentiation Stage

Abstract
In order to reveal dynamic changes and regulatory mechanisms of endogenous hormones,antioxidant enzymes and metabolites in female and male Vernicia montana plants at flower bud differentiation stage,leaves from both sexes of V.montana at flower bud differentiation stage were used as materials.Contents of endoge-nous hormones(ABA,IAA,ZR and GA3)with their ratios,activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD)and peroxi-dase(POD),as well as contents of soluble sugar and total phenol were measured and counted,and temporal changes of these indexes were analyzed.Results showed that ABA content,ABA/IAA,ZR/IAA and ABA/GA3 of female plants peaked at pre-flowering bud differentiation stage,all of which were significantly higher than those of male plants at the same time.In male plants,contents of IAA and GA3 peaked at pre-flowering bud dif-ferentiation stage,contents of ABA and ZR,ABA/GA3 and ZR/GA3 peaked at mid-flowering bud differentiation stage,and ZR/IAA and ZR/ABA peaked at late-flowering bud differentiation stage,all of which were signifi-cantly higher than those of female plants at the same time.Differences in SOD activity between female and male plants were small,with both peaking at mid-flowering bud differentiation stage.Differences in POD activity were larger,with female plants peaking at mid-flowering bud differentiation stage and male plants peaking at late-flowering bud differentiation stage.Contents of soluble sugar and total phenol of female and male plants showed fluctuating changes.Contents of soluble sugar and total phenol of female plants peaked at late-flower-ing bud differentiation stage,which of male plants peaked at mid-flowering bud differentiation stage.Endoge-nous hormones and hormone ratios showed some significant correlations with SOD activity,while metabolites showed no significant correlations with all other indexes,suggesting that flower bud differentiation in V.mon-tana might be dominated by hormone-enzyme activity network,and metabolites involved in regulation through indirect pathways.关键词
