马尾松林下凋落物与土壤浸提液对木荷和枫香树种子萌发的化感作用
Allelopathic Effects of Pinus massoniana Litter and Soil Leachates on Seed Germination of Schima superba and Liquidambar formosana

Abstract
In order to investigate allelopathic effects of different material layers from Pinus massoniana stands on seed germination of Schima superba and Liquidambar formosana,and to provide theoretical supports for es-tablishments of mixed coniferous-broadleaved forests of P.massoniana,leachates(100 g/L)were prepared from un-decomposed litters,semi-decomposed litters and topsoils collected from P.massoniana stands at different ages(9-year-old,17-year-old,30-year-old,38-year-old and 56-year-old)by water extract method.Effects of different leachates on seed germination rates,germination potentials and germination indexes of S.superba and L.formosana were analyzed,and synthetical allelopathic effects of seed germination were analyzed.Results showed that there were no significant effects of un-decomposed litter leachates from P.massoniana stands at dif-ferent ages on all seed germination indicators of S.superba and L.formosana.In treatments of semi-decomposed litter leachates from P.massoniana stands at different ages,all seed germination indicators of S.superba showed significant differences and reduced with increase of P.massoniana age,and allelopathic effects converted from stimulation to inhibition.L.formosana seeds had higher tolerances for semi-decomposed litter leachates with no significant differences in germination rate and germination index.In treatments of soil leachates from P.masso-niana stands at different ages,all seed germination indicators of S.superba were the lowest in 17-year-old treat-ment,which were significantly lower than those in 30-year-old treatment,while L.formosana seeds showed no significant differences in germination rate and germination potential,with the lowest germination index in 38-year-old treatment.Synthetical allelopathic effect index showed that allelopathic effects of leachates from P.massoniana stands on seed germination of L.formosana were lower than those of S.superba in total.Semi-de-composed litter and soil leachates from 9-year-old P.massoniana stand enhanced seed germination of S.super-ba,and semi-decomposed litter and soil leachates from 30-year-old P.massoniana stand enhanced seed germi-nation of L.formosana.S.superba was more suitable for mixed planting in young P.massoniana stands,while L.formosana showed better adaptation in near-mature P.massoniana stands.关键词
