固表扶正止瘤汗汤联合益气敛汗散治疗气血两虚型肿瘤相关性汗证疗效观察
Efficacy Observation of Gubiao Fuzheng Zhiliuhan Decoction Combined with Yiqi Lianhan Powder in Treating Tumor-Related Hyperhidrosis of Qi-Blood Deficiency Syndrome

Abstract
[Objective]To evaluate the clinical efficacy of orally-administrated Gubiao Fuzheng Zhiliuhan decoc-tion combined with topical application of Yiqi Lianhan powder in treating tumor-related hyperhidrosis characterized by Qi-Blood deficiency syndrome.[Methods]60 patients diagnosed with tumor-related hyperhidrosis of Qi-blood defi-ciency syndrome were randomly allocated into a treatment group(n=30)and a control group(n=30).Both groups re-ceived standardized tumor therapy.The treatment group was administered Gubiao Fuzheng Zhiliuhan decoction orally and Yiqi Lianhan powder externally,whereas the control group were orally given Oryzanol tablets and Bazhen granules,accompanied by topical placebo patches.The treatment course lasted for 14 days.The effects on traditional Chinese medi-cine(TCM)syndromes,karnofsky performance status(KPS)scores,hyperhidrosis disease severity scale(HDSS)scores,and adverse reactions were observed and compared between the two groups.[Results]After treatment,TCM syndrome scores significantly decreased in both groups(P<0.05),with the treatment group demonstrating a more pro-nounced reduction compared to the control group(P<0.05).The KPS scores in the treatment group increased signifi-cantly(P<0.05),while no significant change was observed in the control group(P>0.05);the treatment group exhibit-ed significantly higher KPS scores than the control group(P<0.05).The HDSS scores in the treatment group decreased significantly(P<0.05),with no significant reduction in the control group(P>0.05);the treatment group's HDSS scores were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).No severe adverse reactions occurred in either group.[Conclusion]The combination of orally-administrated Gubiao Fuzheng Zhiliuhan decoction and topical application of Yiqi Lianhan powder effectively alleviates hyperhidrosis symptoms,improves quality of life,and demonstrates favorable safety in patients with tumor-related hyperhidrosis of Qi-Blood deficiency syndrome,thus warranting broader clinical application and promotion.关键词
