创新生态驱动"卡脖子"技术攻关的路径研究

Abstract
Attacking"neck-jamming"technologies requires fully releasing the vitality of all kinds of innovation factors and mobilizing the enthusiasm of all kinds of innovation main bodies,which has essentially deepened into a comprehensive competition on innovation ecology.Based on this,this study adopts the TOE framework to construct a theoretical model of innovation ecology driven by"neck-jamming"technologies from the dimensions of"technology-organization-environment".Then,this study adopts the fsQCA method to propose a group path to realize the effective attack.The results show that:(1)There are six major strategies for innovation ecology-driven"neck-jamming"technologies attack,namely,basic research foundation,scientific and technologi-cal achievements transformation,innovation network integration,hierarchical dynamic assessment,science and technology innova-tion platform assistance,and multi-strategy combination strategies.(2)To realize the attack on"neck-jamming"technologies,three paths can be adopted,namely,the frontier-led type under the integration of innovation networks,the guarantee-attack type under the combination of multiple strategies,and the results-application type with the help of science and innovation platforms.(3)The lack of technological,organizational and environmental dimensions is the only path that constitutes a non-high-level"neck-jamming"technologies.This study will not only enrich the literature in the field of"neck-jamming"technological attack,but also provide policy references for our country to realize scientific and technological self-reliance and self-improvement.关键词
