莲房煅炭前后异槲皮苷和槲皮素含量变化研究
Study on Changes in the Isoquercitrin and Quercetin Content before and after Processing Nelumbins Receptaculum

Abstract
This article studied the changes in isoquercitrin and quercetin contents before and after processing nelumbins receptaculum.Determination of the isoquercitrin and quercetin contents in nelumbins receptaculum and nelumbins receptaculum charcoal was conducted by HPLC.The Agilent TC-C18 Column(150 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm)was used.The mobile phase was methanol-0.2％phosphoric acid for gradient elution,in order to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the analysis results.The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min,the detection wavelength was 360 nm,and the column temperature was 35 ℃.The content of isoquercitrin and quercetin changed significantly after processing nelumbins receptaculum.Isoquercitrin content decreased by 100％,quercetin content decreased by 82.3％.The method is simple,accurate and stable.关键词
