Abstract
Direct-consumption Chinese herbal pieces refer to Chinese herbal pieces that are explicitly specified in official standards as requiring no decoction,and can be taken orally or dissolved in water.Direct-consumption Chinese herbal pieces retain traditional Chinese medicine treatment concepts,and combine modem lifestyles,which meet the health needs of modern people,and have a broad development prospect in the market.The requirement for microbial limits of direct-consumption Chinese herbal piece products is relatively high.Due to the relatively special growth environment of Chinese herbs,there are often more microorganisms in the raw herbs.Therefore,it is necessary to take effective measures to reduce the microbial limits of the raw herbs to meet the use requirements.The conventional sterilization methods are thermal processing technology and irradiation processing technology.Compared with thermal processing technology,irradiation processing technology uses high-penetration radiation to process materials inside.This technology has the advantages of easy reaction control,simple processing flow,and suitability for industrialization and large-scale production,and has been used by most production enterprises.However,how to ensure the safety,effectiveness,and quality control of the products after irradiation sterilization is a problem that needs to be solved.关键词
