Abstract

The purpose of this study was to explore the antifungal activity and stability of 6-methylcoumarin on Botrytis cinerea.In this study,Botrytis cinerea was selected as the research object.The growth rate method was used to determine the antifungal activity of 6-methylcoumarin against Botrytis cinerea hyphae in vitro.The antifungal activity of 6-methylcoumarin against Botrytis cinerea under different conditions was further determined.The results showed that different concentrations of 6-methylcoumarin had certain antifungal activity against Botrytis cinerea,showing a linear relationship between dose and inhibition rate.With the gradual increase of treatment temperature,the antifungal activity gradually decreased.When the treatment temperature reached 60 ℃,the inhibition rate was 23.40±4.05%,and the antifungal activity was significantly reduced(P<0.05).With the extension of ultraviolet irradiation time,the antifungal activity of 6-methylcoumarin against Botrytis cinerea was gradually enhanced.When the irradiation time reached 12 h,the inhibition rate was 73.86±2.23%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Different types of metal ions had different effects on the antifungal activity of 6-methylcoumarin.Among them,the antifungal effect of 6-methylcoumarin was significantly enhanced after treatment with Na+and Ca2+(P<0.05).After K+treatment,the antifungal activity of 6-methylcoumarin remained stable.When the pH was 6-9,the antifungal activity of 6-methylcoumarin against Botrytis cinerea remained stable.This study can provide a theoretical basis for the use of 6-methylcoumarin in the control of gray mold.
