摘要

Abstract

[Objective]The stability and content of total sugar(TS),reducing sugar(RS)content and difference between total sugars and reducing sugars(TS-RS)concentration in K326 were investigated,which provided reference for formulating targeted control measures for K326 planting in Chuxiong tobacco area,so as to effectively ensure the style characteristics of K326 tobacco leaves and the supply demand of raw materials in Chuxiong tobacco area,and promote the sustainable development of Chuxiong flue-cured tobacco production.[Method]Key chemical indicators affecting the main tobacco variety K326 in Chuxiong tobacco area,including total sugar,reducing sugar and their difference,were analyzed from the perspectives of complete stability in different parts and different years,relative(industrial)stability and fluctuation.And the suitability zoning research was conducted based on townships as units.[Result]The content of total sugar in upper and middle leaves of K326 from 2018 to 2022 achieved the aim of premium tobacco,whereas lower leaves mostly failed to reach the desired standard.The absolute stability was showed that the degree of variation in the upper and lower tobacco leaves were at a medium level,and the middle leaves were at a low level.The relative stability of upper and middle leaves were good,and that of lower leaves were relatively average.Lower leaves from 41.67%of the townships were failed to meet the premium-quality standard.The content of reducing sugar in the upper leaves were below the lower limit of the target requirements for high-quality tobacco leaves in 2019,2021 and 2022,but was slightly higher than the target requirements for high-quality tobacco leaves from 2018 to 2020.The middle leaves were met the requirements for high-quality tobacco leaves,while the lower leaves were below the lower limit of the requirements for high-quality tobacco leaves.The absolute stability showed that the degree of variation in the upper and middle tobacco leaves were at a relatively small to moderate level,while the lower leaves were at a moderate level,showing significant fluctuations between years.The relative stability of upper leaves were average or relatively good,and that of middle leaves were good,but that of lower leaves were poor;The lower leaves from all townships and the upper leaves from 69.44%of townships were below the required high quality;The two sugar difference in upper,middle,and lower leaves all were met the quality standards of premium tobacco;The absolute stability showed that the degree of variation in the upper and middle tobacco leaves were at a moderate level,while the lower leaves were at a relatively high level;The relative stability of upper and lower leaves were good,but that of middle leaves were poor.The number of towns with upper,middle and lower leaves higher than high-quality was 30.56%,75.00%and 58.33%.[Conclusion]The difference between the two sugars of K326 tobacco leaves in Chuxiong tobacco area exceeded 6%from 2018 to 2022,and the absolute stability showed as moderate or large degree of variation;According to current industrial standards for cigarette(≤8%or 7%),the proportions of sampling sites meeting high quality were 59.71%,34.86%,and 51.56%for upper,middle,and lower leaves,respectively,while those exceeding the high-quality standards accounted for 40.29%,65.14%,and 48.44%.Relative(industrial)stability performed good in upper and lower leaves,whereas performed poor in middle leaves.Townships exceeding the premium quality standards accounted for 30.56%,75.00%,and 58.33%of the total townships for upper,middle,and lower leaves,respectively.
