桑树间作不同绿肥对桑园土壤养分与酶活性的影响
Effects of Intercropping Different Green Manures on Soil Nutrients and Enzymatic Activity in Mulberry Field

Abstract
[Objective]The effects of intercropping different green manures on soil nutrients and enzymatic activity in mulberry field were explored to provide a theoretical basis for optimizing the intercropping patterns in mulberry field.[Method]The differences in soil nutrients and enzymatic activity of intercropping 6 different green manures(T1,mulberry intercropping Zhongyou 116;T2,mulberry intercropping Zhongyouza 39;T3,mulberry intercropping Aizaoluo 1;T4,mulberry intercropping forage radish;T5,mulberry intercropping purple mustard 1 and T6,mulberry intercropping Zhongyou 36)in mulberry field were analyzed by taking mono-planting mulberry as CK.[Result]There were obvious differences in plant biomass and nutrient content of different treatments.The plant biomass of T4 reached 9.95 kg/m2 and was higher than other treatments significantly.The order of total carbon content in green manure plants was T1>T2>T6>T4>T5>T3.Total phosphorus content in green manure plants of T3 was 5.68 g/kg and higher than T1,T2 and T6 significantly.The order of total potassium content in green manure plants was T3>T4>T5>T1>T2>T6.The Ca content in green manure plants of T3 and T5 was 2.85 g/kg and 2.92 g/kg respectively.The Mg content in green manure plants of T5 reached 4.08 g/kg.The patterns of intercropping different green manures in mulberry field could improve soil nutrients and enzymatic activity effectively.The organic matter,total carbon,total nitrogen and total phosphorus content in soil of T,increased by 33.22%,36.14%,39.90%and 52.98%compared with CK respectively.The soil total potassium content of 6 treatments was higher than CK.The order in soil total phosphorus content was T1>T2>T3>T5>CK>T6>T4.The soil available phosphorus content of T6 reached 267.01 mg/kg.There was a difference in soil enzymatic activity among 6 treatments.The amylase,acid phosphatase and sucrose activity of T5 was the highest and higher than CK significantly.The order in soil catalase activity was T6>T1>T5>T2>T4>T3>CK.The soil alkaline phosphatase and urease activity of T4 was 33.33%and 13.76%higher than CK respectively.[Conclusion]The pattern of intercropping green manures in mulberry field can improve soil fertility.The patterns of intercropping Zhongyou 116 or Aizaoluo 1 in mulberry field with the optimal plant biomass,plant nutrients,soil nutrients and soil enzymatic activity should be applied and popularized in mulberry field.关键词
