摘要

Abstract

[Objective]The plant root biomass and soil microbial biomass were investigated in lawn ecosystem,and their correlations and key environmental factors influencing plant root biomass and soil microbial biomass were analyzed to provide the theoretical basis and technical guidance for scientific establishment and efficient management of lawns.[Method]The root biomass of Cynodon dactylon,Agrostis stolonifera,Lolium perenne,Buchloe dactyloides,Festuca elata and Trifolium repens and soil microbial biomass under natural state and artificial detaselling conditions were respectively investigated at early,middle and late stages of lawn ecosystem development and succession,and the correlation was analyzed to reveal the key environmental factors influencing the change trend of plant root biomass and soil microbial biomass.[Result]The plant root biomass and soil microbial biomass in B.dactyloides,L.perenne and T.repens lawn ecosystems were obviously higher than those in the other 3 lawn ecosystems.The plant root biomass and soil microbial biomass of six tested lawn ecosystems under the natural state were higher than those under the artificial detaselling condition obviously.There was a linear positive correlation between plant root biomass and soil microbial biomass at early stage of lawn ecosystem development and succession,and there was a unimodal curve correlation between plant root biomass and soil microbial biomass at middle and late stages of lawn ecosystem development and succession.The lawn species,development and succession stage,treatment pattern and their pairwise and total interactions had the significant effects on plant root biomass and soil microbial biomass.[Conclusion]There are significant differences in plant root biomass and soil microbial biomass at different development and succession stages under different lawn ecosystems.The significant difference in the correlation type between plant root biomass and soil microbial biomass reflects the complexity and predictability of spatial-temporal dynamics change trend,which can provide the theoretical basis for scientific establishment and efficient management of different lawn types.
